Terms of Service

Lessons at Siran Music Academy are offered in 4-session monthly or 8-session bi-monthly terms. All fees are per lesson and payable by Interac e-transfer.

Lessons are scheduled through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. We ask that students maintain a regular weekly schedule to ensure consistent progress.

For an 8-session term at Siran Music Academy, students who provide at least 24 hours notice before an absence may save and reschedule one missed lesson. After this makeup option has been used, any further absences, whether excused or unexcused, will be counted as missed sessions within the same 8-session term.

Payment is accepted by Interac e-transfer only. Lesson fees are due at the beginning of each term.

A complimentary trial lesson is available for new students. This session serves as an assessment and introduction to our teaching approach, with no obligation to continue.

At enrolment, every student or parent or guardian is asked to complete a written consent form covering both previously-captured material already in the Academy archive and future captures during the student's enrolment. Consent is given channel by channel - you can opt in to the website but out of TikTok, in to RCM submissions but out of local press, and so on.

Consent can be withdrawn in writing at any time; the Academy will remove the affected material from its own controlled channels within 30 days. Material already shared with third parties or reshared by social media users may not be recoverable. Only students whose families have granted consent for a given channel appear on that channel.

The content on this website, including text, images, and media, is the property of Siran Music Academy and is protected by copyright. Student certificates and photos are displayed with permission. Certificates are shown at reduced resolution with right-click and dragging disabled to protect student privacy.
